Missy contacted me many months ago regarding designs for her wedding. She already had a monogram and wanted to use it on her program and seating chart. (Note: if you would like to incorporate an image or graphic onto a design, make sure it is a high quality image--especially for seating charts they can get pixelated if not of a high resolution).

Missy's program is a booklet style with an outer cardstock cover with a simple display of the monogram.

Farrah had originally come to me with the idea to have a passport wedding invitation but she still wanted to have a traditional invitation panel. I LOVED the idea and immediately got to work on a design. Below is a mock up of the pocketfold invitation containing the passport and invitation panel.

Farrah ultimately decided to go with a lighter beach themed invitation but someday I will put together a prototype of the passport invitation.

Kristin contacted me to design "Preppy Casual" invitations...we came up with quite a few preppy designs (I'll post another time). But ultimately this is the design she chose and I love it! Kristin is "Miss Quiche" over on weddingbee.com and she recently posted photos of her DIY print and assembly process. The final product looks FABULOUS! Today we start with a one page booklet program. You will also see a few alternate cover designs but remember.....everything is completely custom so we can start from scratch if you're not crazy about any of these covers!

Katlyn's Designs

Katlyn ordered custom monogram designs but didn't want traditional monograms. Instead she wanted to create a few different pieces, one being a favor sticker. I just love what we ended up with! She also wanted a custom beverages sign as a header for her list of signature drinks at the bar. Blueberries are a theme in the wedding and the two of us were so happy with the cute blueberry designs.

Deborah came to me with a request that made me feel a bit overwhelmed...combine damask and peacock feathers. Although I thought it to be impossible, we pulled it off, and quite beautifully I might add!

Deborah chose to print her invitations through VistaPrint which is a very economical way to have beautiful invitations at a fraction of the cost. The company frequently runs free offers so be sure to check them out :)

Kate had a very specific vision for her custom monogram design. She had found a flourish that she loved and wanted to have her last initial "s" look as though it was encased in the flourish, almost like a wrought iron gate. I love how it turned out and she was thrilled with the final product.

Here is a comment from Kate herself, "I absolutely love the monogram. I am so please with how my vision and 2 word description was able to come to life."

I worked with Liz and Andy months ago to design a Save the Date card as well as a few monograms. Being Election Day, I thought it was appropriate to post these designs since Liz and Andy's Save the Date design incorporates a story about how they met as poll workers on Election Day. Too cute!

Liz and Andy had decided that neither of them would give up their name and instead they heiphenated both. Very unique!

Liz had chosen several of our standard monogram designs but she also wanted a few that would work well as black and white stamps. This one above was one of those chosen to use as a custom stamp. I have found that a lot of couples are creating custom stamps from monogram designs--it's a great idea!

I was contacted by another fellow Etsian about my design services. This time is was Kendra from FTL t-shirt bags. Not only do we have the etsy connection, Kendra was also a former bride of my fabulous wedding photographer, Neysa Ruhl. Kendra and I went through many designs before we came up with the final logo. FTL means "For The Love" and her slogan is "What do you love?" Very cute!

Catherine had the most beautiful and unique wedding invitations to show me as inspiration for her map. She had a calligrapher design a few images and their names for the invitations and I was able to incorporate them into the map. I loved the names--I wish it were a font, it looked so elegant! I liked Catherine's calming and beachy colors as well as the numbered stars to denote locations. It gives it a very different, less wedding-y look!
